Payment

A 50% deposit for all services is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

If you would like to pre-pay with cash or check, you need to come to the spa to book your appointment and provide your deposit to book your appointment.

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. All major credit cards are accepted. Any appointments not confirmed with a valid credit card will be deleted from the schedule.

Cancellation

Forever Young Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. You are asked to provide a 24-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you cancel the day before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If the cancellation notice is provided on the day of, the guest will be held accountable for 100% of the services. The fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

Any client who cancels within 24 hours of their appointment or does not show up at all will NOT have their deposit refunded or held over for another appointment time. This also applies to any client who is 10 minutes or more late. Deposits will automatically be deducted from their account.

Guest Age

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to schedule a massage or other treatment. Children 11-17 are allowed to schedule a Teen Facial only with parental consent and supervision. The parent must remain on the spa premises for the duration of their child’s treatment.

First-Time Visitors

First-time visitors are requested to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before their appointment time to complete an intake form.

Spa Facility

Leaving valuables, such as jewelry and electronics, at home is highly suggested. Forever Young Spa assumes no liability for lost or misplaced articles.

Pets are not permitted on the premises.

Cellular phone use in the spa is prohibited.

This is a non-smoking facility, so please do not smoke inside or outside the spa.

Forever Young Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Preparing For The Day of Your Visit

Masks are required due to COVID-19 precautions. Please keep on your mask until it is time for your service to begin.

The spa is designed to be a quiet area. Please be mindful of others receiving services. Refrain from speaking with an increased volume. All cellphones should also be set to vibrate or turned off while in the spa.

For your service, dress down to your comfort level. Your therapist or esthetician can explain the process. There will be draping during the service for your comfort.
