Cancellation Policy

To Our Valued Guests:

Your care is very important to the team at Forever Young Spa. Our policies are created to benefit our guests and provide the best quality of service.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment rescheduling and cancellations.

Cancellation Policy For Our Guests

When you forget your appointment or cancel it without providing enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.

All new and established guests should supply a credit card to place on file. If you prefer not to provide a payment card, prepayment of services will be required, or a gift card must be kept on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures your information is encrypted and remains secure.

If we do not receive the required notice for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, the following fees will be applied to your card or billed out to you:

• Notification given at least 24 hours before your appointment will receive no penalty.

• Notification given less than 24 hours before your appointment time will result in a 50% service fee.

• Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

Confirmation Emails

As a courtesy, we will send a text and/or email to confirm your service appointment two business days before your appointment date. We understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment; therefore, all appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via text or email.

Please ensure we have your email address and cell phone number on file to be able to share these reminders. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals or missed appointments.

Disclosure: Failure to show for a scheduled appointment gives us permission to use your card on file for processing the cancellation fee.
